My career began with a succession of innovation, strategy and marketing roles for big consumer brands. As a consultant I have gravitated to insight development, innovation challenges and capability building for companies such as Unilever, MGM, Tesco, Starbucks, GSK, Essity, Mars, Zoopla, Lloyds Bank, Barclays, Axa, Legal & General, Perrigo, Nestle and M&G. I have also advised and coached public sector teams.
Alongside innovation the consistent elements of my projects are connection and collaboration. I connect organisational insight with team knowledge to enable strategic choices, identify opportunities, develop ideas and solve challenging problems. Team facilitation is usually critical to my project success and is often the trigger for seeking my help. With the right insights, structure and behaviours I find teams can deliver very ambitious outcomes in limited time.
